Information we use

When you sign in, we verify your email address using a short-lived, one-time code and create a BacklinksPanel account identifier. We store order details, selected publisher domains, anchor keywords, destination URLs, fulfillment URLs, and support conversations so we can provide the service.

Payments

Stripe processes payments on its checkout pages. We store the order total, checkout session reference, and verified payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by BacklinksPanel.

Support and service providers

Your tickets and replies are saved in our dashboard. Email notifications are sent through SiteGround when email delivery is configured. The service runs on Cloudflare infrastructure through Sites hosting. These providers process information needed for hosting, account access, payment processing, and support delivery.

Free SEO tools

Website checks request the public URL you submit. Do not submit URLs containing passwords, tokens or private information. We use temporary hashed network identifiers and counters to limit automated abuse. Content you paste and Search Console CSV files are processed in your browser. Sign-in codes are stored as one-way hashes, expire after ten minutes, and are deleted after use. Temporary abuse counters are removed after expiry.

Local storage and cookies

Your browser stores the cart locally so your selected publishers and draft placement instructions can persist between visits. Sign-in uses secure, HTTP-only cookies for your BacklinksPanel session and the temporary email verification challenge. We do not add advertising trackers to this website.

Sharing campaign instructions

To fulfill a placement, relevant publisher operators receive the anchor keyword and destination URL you submit. Those details may become public in the resulting publication. Do not include private information in an anchor, URL, or publication instruction.

Retention and your choices

We retain account, order, and support information as needed to provide the service, resolve issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. You can request access, correction, or deletion by opening a support ticket or emailing support@backlinkspanel.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.

Security

Customer records are restricted to the signed-in customer and authorized administrators. Account and administration pages are excluded from search indexing. No internet service can promise absolute security; contact us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
